Our name, “Flambé”, is taken from the renowned French style of cooking where alcohol is quickly added to create a fire within the cooking pot. This sudden fiery burst creates a dramatic tableside presentation heralding the arrival of something deliciously unique to enjoy.
Tradition Meets a Flambé Twist
At Flambé India, our simple goal is to serve you the freshest Indian dishes with authentic flavors. We serve traditional favorites as well as others with our Amit's signature “flambé twist”. All of our masalas – special mixtures of dried spices and pastes – and exclusive recipes have been created by our owner Amit. Some, that were taught him by his mother and passed down generation to generation. It is those beloved tastes of home he wants to share with you during your visit with us.

Amit relies on his experience to only choose the highest quality ingredients, and his attention to detail assures a memorable meal experience offering deep flavors and rich aromas.
