About Us
Our name, “Flambé”, is taken from the renowned French style of cooking where alcohol is quickly added to create a fire within the cooking pot. This sudden fiery burst creates a dramatic tableside presentation heralding the arrival of something deliciously unique to enjoy.
At Flambé India, our simple goal is to serve you the freshest Indian dishes with authentic flavors. We serve traditional favorites as well as others with our Chef’s signature “flambé twist”. All of our masalas – special mixtures of dried spices and pastes – and exclusive recipes have been created by our Chef Niaz. Some, that were taught him by his mother and passed down generation to generation. It is those beloved tastes of home he wants to share with you during your visit with us.
We don’t focus on one region of India alone at Flambé. We serve a lighter version of Indian food, with flavors that excite and satisfy without making our guests feel weighed down. We select the best of Indian cuisines from North to South. Chef Niaz relies on his experience to only choose the highest quality ingredients, and his attention to detail assures a memorable meal experience offering deep flavors and rich aromas.

At Flambé India, we have meticulously designed our dining room to be comfortable and welcoming. As you enter, you may get the feeling you have entered from a typical, bustling Indian street as your senses are welcomed by the colors, textures and feeling of being somewhere far away and exotic. It is an elegantly casual decor that showcases imported seating, and typically colorful sofas and pillows. Walls and fixtures are adored by characteristic designs and ornamentation. And many tables feature Indian artwork and patterns, some created by our own team!
Our bar delivers a much more contemporary and intimate setting. Gentle lighting highlights a large wooden Rama who invites you in. It’s here you can share conversation and your favorite libations with someone special after your dinner, or simply drop in at any time to enjoy some refreshments in an uncommon setting. When weather permits, you and your party can dine al fresco comfortably under the stars. Fashionable wooden seats become even more inviting with colorful cushions, and several warming lamps take the bite out of the air when it turns chilly.
